Dimension vip Platform

Dimension vip is a travel service aggregator, those services are provided through other B2B suppliers and providers which are connected online to dimension vip Platform, The booking services and sales of airline tickets, hotel accommodations, transfers, car rentals, travel packages, activities, cruises, trains, buses, insurances and any other travel services provided by the B2B Partner to their customers are in turn provided by the Provider or its suppliers according to their own terms and conditions.

Platform Rights

  • These Terms & Conditions shall supplement the agency agreement between Dimension vip One Stop Shop Travel Solutions ,the official owner of the platform “Dimension vip” and “The Agency”, this document is considered an essential part of the agreement. by accessing Dimension vip platform and/or Dimension vip direct connection through API/XML Interface agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The services offered by Dimension vip can only be used by Agency based on B2B partnership who have first read these terms of use and general conditions and accepted them unconditionally. It is not possible to proceed with the booking process without this acceptance, and Agency undertake to fulfill the obligations contained within these terms of use.
  • The Dimension vip copyright reserved to “Dimension vip One Stop Shop Travel Solutions” and the agencies are not allowed to install, use or copy any software of Dimension vip Company (B2B, White Label, XML API, Affiliate, B2C) without first sign formally a license agreement.
  • Dimension vip software, including, without limitation, all HTML codes contained on www.ossconnect.com is owned by “Dimension vip One Stop Shop Travel Solution” and is protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction or redistribution of the software is expressly prohibited and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. You acknowledge that the software and any accompanying documentation and/or technical information is subject to applicable export control laws.
  • All bookings made through Dimension vip Platform and/or its back-office support team are subject to the terms stated herein.
  • All rates and information supplied by Dimension vip under this agreement shall remain confidential and the agency will not disclose them to any third party.

Liabilities

  • It is hereby explicitly stated and understood, that the Dimension vip acts only as an intermediary in selling travel services and products provided by third party suppliers, and all terms of use herein are based on their provided ones.
  • Dimension vip is an independent company, third-party is not partner of joint venture with, or agent in any capacity with the suppliers and Dimension vip doesn’t own, control, or manage any supplier. Furthermore, nothing contained in these terms and conditions, or through access and use of Dimension vip website and/or direct connect API/XML interface, may be construed as creating any partnership or joint venture relationship between Dimension vip and agency.
  • Dimension vip shall not be liable for any injury, damages or losses arising from or related to the actions of suppliers, we recommend that agency’s and/or their end-user guests purchase appropriate insurance.
  • No failure by Dimension vip require agency’s strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions at any time shall be deemed a waiver of such a provision nor shall it affect Dimension vip right thereafter to enforce or require a strict compliance with each and every position herein.
  • No provision of these terms and conditions is intended nor shall be interpreted to provide or create any third-party beneficiary rights.
  • Agency acknowledges that travel restrictions may exist for locations for which Dimension vip provide services and its agency’s sole responsibility ensure that agency’s clients comply with all applicable governmental or other travel restrictions to or within a particular country.
  • Dimension vip shall not be responsible and shall not refund any bookings that are cancelled for failure to comply with governmental requirements, immigration requirements of any country or other imposed travel restrictions.

Rates

  • All rates quoted are net and non-commissionable and inclusive of all taxes and services charges which are not specified as inclusions of taxes except Tourism Fee, City Tax, VAT, Local Govt, Tourism Dept Taxes, or what mentioned in service contract upon booking procedures…etc. which are payable by guest to property and/or service provider directly.
  • Rates are subject to change due to factors beyond Dimension vip control, including but not limited to, rates provided by third party supplier, tax increase, previously unknown blackout dates, holidays and special events; Dimension vip reserve the rights to change the rates as a result of the forgoing.
  • Agency shall not be entitled to any refund or rebate in the event that rate is higher than a service provider official rack rate. As used in these terms and conditions the terms “Provider(s) and/or Supplier(s)” shall mean the Hotels, airlines, transportation companies, restaurants…etc. and any other unaffiliated third parties for whose services Dimension vip provides booking access on its Platform and/or through back office support team.

Currencies 

  • USD is the default accounting currency of Dimension vip Platform and all rates are quoted in USD. While the agency can view equivalent rates and fares in any other currency available on platform by through our updated dynamic EX module, the booking invoice and the statement will remain issued in default currency USD.
  • Statement should be settled in default currency and If the agency wishes to settle the payment of the statement in different currency, the exchange rates will be determined by the provider according to exchange rate of the payment date.

 Create Bookings

  • When you chose a service to book, all policies, terms, restrictions and notes related to this service appear on platform, user must read them well and must to mark the boxes to confirm reading the privacy policy, general terms & conditions to proceed with confirmation. By clicking book user will be totally responsible about all booking policies, terms and conditions as pre-accepted.
  • New bookings will only be processed if the booking limit of the agency’s credit limit is higher than booking amount. If not; the new booking will not be processed and agency can pay online by one of the available payment methods and the booking will only be processed based on the availability of the required service and rate upon time of payment.
  • A situation in which that service changes after confirmation (ex. Flight cancelled, Hotel turn away…etc.) that might occur in some certain circumstances, when it becomes clear that no option of reconfirmation in the original requested service possible and the book-out becomes a fact, the agency will be notified with alternative options (Including the option of refund if any). If the agency does not reply with any comment within 24 hours, the provider will confirm the chosen alternative automatically and will be considered accepted.
  • In case a booking occurred an error on platform, Dimension vip reserve the rights to cancel any booking due to clerical or technical errors beyond its control.
  • Any special requests for specific booking (Connecting rooms at Hotel, Non-smoking room at Hotel, Vegetarian meal on plane, Baby seat in transfer…etc.) can be sent to support team through integrated communication module 48 hours at least prior service date. Such requests cannot be confirmed by supplier or by provider but we guarantee that it will have the high priority request to provider; however, it remains subject to availability of provider upon time of customer check-in.

 Modify/Cancel Bookings

  • Confirmed bookings can be cancelled or amended without any charges prior to the set deadline, if a booking is cancelled or amended after the deadline, a cancelation/amendment charges will be applied as per the booking policy pre-accepted by the user upon booking procedures and the Platform will automatically generate invoice for the charges.
  • The amendment possibilities are varied and related to each booking separately by allowing user to change a part of names, booking dates, all booking data, or unable to amend any part of the booking, if user want to amend any, user should send to support team whom will do their utmost to fulfill user’s need, but they are obliged by supplier and service provider approvals at the end.
  • Agency is obliged by the cancelation policy accepted previously in booking procedures and if any booking cancelled or amended after the deadline and before the check-in will be automatically invoiced with the charges normally this will attract from minimum of partial charges to 100% charges depending on the service types and the stated amendment / cancelation policy.
  • Dimension vip reserve the rights to deny any kind of change or modification to an existing booking, no off-line change to a booking shall be effective unless agency receive a written confirmation of the change from support team.
  • These modifications terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice to agency. Agency’s continued access and use of Dimension vip Platform or direct connect API/XML interface shall constitute and be construed as agency’s continued and ongoing agreement to these terms and conditions.
  • Shrinking stay for any booking or cancel a part or leg from a booking should be previously approved by the supplier and subject to charges, unless the booking laid at minimum stay condition, peak period or sold as a package, so no refund will be possible.

Force Majeure

  • Customer “Force Majeure” means that customer couldn’t travel for an incident happened to him, in this case Dimension vip support team will do their utmost to get refund for customer and may ask agency for a copy of any document could help in supplier’s refund approval; however, it still remain for the supplier’s approval at the end.
  • Customer No-Show for force majeure normally attract a charge of 100% of the total amount, but negotiations with supplier should take a place powerfully by Dimension vip support team according to agency request, but refund will remain to provider and supplier approval.
  • Dimension vip also could be in “Force Majeure”, as Dimension vip shall not be held responsibility for the consequences of god acts, fire, sever weather conditions and avoidable accidents, theft, labor disputes, public commotion, war and/or any other circumstances beyond its control.
  • Sometimes the service provider approves a partial or full refund, but there still third-party suppliers whom contracted in the middle cannot provide such an approval due to their contract agreements between them and service providers and between their each other, this is also considered Dimension vip’s Force Majeure.
  • “Force Majeure sometimes oblige customer to cut his stay abroad short and do some changes and cancelations to his trip arrangements without prior notice to his agency and accordingly to us, the main policy in such cases, there is no refund for any unused part of service, and the Dimension vip support team will also do their utmost in negotiations, but it will still remain to supplier approval.
  • Dimension vip strongly recombed agencies to provide their travelers with full travel insurance covering their whole stay abroad.

Groups & MICE

  • Rates are shown on Dimension vip platform are FIT rates (Frequently Individual Traveler) and generally not applicable for groups.
  • Number of guests which considered as a group is vary and can be different from service to service and from supplier to supplier in the same service; for example, the majority of Hotels consider a booking of over than 14 guests is a group, while some hotels the group quotation start from 20 guests.
  • If Agency has a group travelling to specific destination that should not be booked on Dimension vip platform and may be addressed to our support team on e-mail: support@Dimensionvip.com.
  • If user create a group booking as FIT booking mode then this booking might be cancelled/rejected by supplier or service provider with no control by Dimension vip, and in case it’s being accepted by supplier they may provide a group quotation with different rate or fare and with different terms which in-turn will be shared with the agency.
  • Upon receiving a written acceptance of the new cost and terms from agency of those specific dates, Dimension vip will take a further action with service provider to guarantee the booking.
  • Hotels – sometimes - are locked for bookings due to big congress or event held in specific dates, and special rates for these dates are applied through specific DMC or Incentive House, in this case agency also may addressed their booking requests to our support team on e-mail: support@Dimensionvip.com; and if room was available and booked on OSS Platform, room rate might be changed by hotel and that also will be shared with agency for their acceptance.

 

Online Payment

  • All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia. 
  • Saudi Arabia is our country of domicile.
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in SAR. 
  • dimensionsvip will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Saudi Arabia.
